Also known as the Black Pope and the Warrior Pope, this ancient warlord and Cardinal Syn, co-conspirator often wages war against our heroes GWAR.
Origin[]
Not a lot of backstory is provided for the Nazi Pope, except that he is some evil overlord from space who controls an army of warriors known as the Synnites.
In 1996 he sent Cardinal Syn to Earth to force its peoples to bow down to his insane whims (Ragnarok). However, he does not seem to appear on the planet himself, until 2006 when he sets up an attack on GWAR's fortress in Antarctica (BeyondHell).
As evidenced on the album Violence Has Arrived, the Nazi Pope has been a longtime enemy of GWAR, assuming the album is about the band's past battles. He is mentioned in the songs Anti-Anti Christ and The Song of Words.

The Nazi Pope appears as a large, elderly man wearing fairly traditional, albeit red (and modified) Pope vestments. He adorns the Krosstika, a symbol originally owned by the War Party.

- He is most often seen on tour being killed while the song Immortal Corrupter is being played.
